With our growth over the last few years we are looking to add a Warranty Administrator/Service writer to the team.
In this position you will be responsible for filing all warranty claims from start to finish by working with our customers and vendors.
Additionally you will work with the service department to manage opening, updating, and closing of quotes and invoices.

Requirements:
To be successful in this position you will need to be organized and thorough.
Follow-through is important as claims are multiple steps.
Software and computer knowledge is key in this role as all entry will be completed online.
Technical knowledge is not necessary but would be an asset.
This position may require some lifting over 35lbs.
Responsibilities:
Verify that all warranty returns have been tagged or labeled Verify that all paperwork coinciding with the part have been submitted Enter order into software in a timely manner to expedite the claim Work with the service manager and technicians to open, update, and closer work orders.
Work with the service manager to assist customers and coworkers with updated information and data gathering.
